摘  要:目的 :探讨卷柏属植物微形态学特征及其在植物分类学和药材鉴定学上的意义 ,方法 :应用扫描电子显微镜对卷柏属 8种植物的微形态学特征进行了观察。结果 :本文所述的 8种卷柏的微形态特征为首次报道 ,包括营养叶、孢子叶穗的微细特征。结论 :叶表面、叶缘微细特征 ,气孔带的有无和宽窄、气孔的亚显微结构以及大小孢子囊排列方式 。Objective:The aim of this work is to probe into micromorphological character of Selaginella and their significance in Classification. Method:Ten dried specimens were examined and photographed with Scanning Electron Microscope. Results:Micromorphological features of eight species, especially stomatal band, in the genus of Selaginella were reported here for the first time. Including leaf, strobilus.Conclusion:The micromorphological characters of leaf margin, surface, the ultra-structure of stoma and the distribution of sporangium in sporophyll were found useful in Taxonomy. The authors considered that it would be reasonable to identify eight species Selaginella by micromorphological characters.
