血管内皮生长因子C-erbB_2,p53表达与鼻咽癌的关系

摘　　要：目的　研究鼻咽癌血管内皮生长因子 ,C erbB2 ,p5 3的表达与鼻咽癌生存时间 ,转移之间的相关性和与其不同组织学类型的关系 ,探讨VEGF ,C erbB2 ,p5 3在预测判断鼻咽癌预后中的作用。方法　应用免疫组化S P法 ,检测 10 3例鼻咽癌的VEGF ,C erbB2 ,p5 3的表达特征。结果　发现在10 3例附有完整随访资料的鼻咽癌病例中 ,VEGF的表达与鼻咽癌患者的生存时间 ,转移有相关性 ,p5 3的表达与鼻咽癌病人的远处转移相关 ,检验均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。而VEGF ,C erbB2 ,p5 3表达与鼻咽癌各组织学类型无关 (P >0 0 5 )。同时C erbB2 表达与鼻咽癌患者生存时间和转移无关 (P >0 0 5 )。p5 3的表达与鼻咽癌患者生存时间无关。结论　VEGF在鼻咽癌活检组织中的高表达 ,说明该病例易转移 ,生存时间短 ,结合p5Objective This study was conducted to determine the prognostic significance of Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Vascular endothelia growth facto (VEGF),C erbB 2、p53 expression in different histological type for 103 cases with NPC prognostic factor affection were discussed.Methods In this retrospective study the authors retrieved clinical data and made lmmunohistochemical preparations on archival tissue from 103 patients with NPC treated with radiation chemotherapy at the Hubei Medical University additional second hospital between 1986 and 1994,cases was divided into two group,for live and metastatic,and VEGF,C erbB 2 and p53 expression characteristic were detected.Results Out of 103 cases NEGF was associated in live time,mataststatic with NPC patients,p53 espression was associated in metastatic with NPC ( P <0 01 and P <0 05).VEGF,C erbB 2 and p53 expression hadt associated with histological type in NPC( P >0 05).The results of this study show that NPC biopsy high VEGF p53 expression,NPC patients metastatic was more than low VEGF and p53.Conclusions VEGF and p53 expression significance may be useful prognostic factor in NPC.suggest in identifying patients who may benefit from systemic or other novel treatment strategies.
