摘　　要：目的　探讨新城疫病毒NDV对癌细胞的直接杀伤作用。方法　将NDV与各组细胞的混悬液一起加入细胞培养板中三孔法 ,同时设不加NDV的对照孔 ,经 8、16、2 4、36和 48小时五个时相观测细胞生长情况和病毒复制情况。结果　成纤维细胞和对照组细胞生长良好 ,而实验孔的各组癌细胞逐渐减少 ,出现融合、裂解。 48小时癌细胞组的上清液病毒效价较高而成纤维细胞的上清液病毒效价为 0。结论　NDV对癌细胞有较强的亲和力 ,可在癌细胞内大量复制 ,具有直接杀伤癌细胞的作用 。Objective Study on direct killing effect of NDV on human tumour cells.Methods NDV was added into the culture dishes of human cell lines of hepatic carcinoma,gastric carcinoma,pancreatic carcinoma,cervical carcinoma and normal fibroblast,repectively,and control groups were set as well .The status of growth and replication of virus was measured and observed at 8,16,24,36 and 48 hr.Results Fibroblast cells and control group cells grew well,whereas the growth of tumour cells in experimental groups reduced gradually,and cells fusion and lysis appeared.At 48 hr,virus titer in tumour cell supernatant was comparatively high while it was zero in fibroblast supernatant.Conclusion NDV has comparatively strong affinity with tumour cells,andit can replicate in tumour cells,and can kill tumour cells directly.It is innocuous to normal cells.
