摘  要:目的 :研究幽门螺杆菌提取物对人胃上皮细胞株BGC 82 3和大鼠胃上皮细胞株RGM 1的细胞外信号调节激酶 (extracellularsignal regulatedkinase,ERK)活性的影响。 方法 :采用蛋白质免疫印迹法测定ERK酶蛋白含量和活性。结果 :在各观察时间点 ,两种细胞ERK酶蛋白含量无明显差异。在无血清存在情况下 ,幽门螺杆菌提取物使BGC 82 3细胞ERK活性持续增加而对RGM1细胞ERK活性几乎没有影响 ;在有血清存在情况下 ,Hp提取物使BGC 82 3细胞ERK活性持续增加而使RGM1细胞ERK活性一过性增加。结论 :幽门螺杆菌提取物对胃上皮细胞株BGC 82 3和RGM 1的ERK活性的影响不同。Objective: To study the effects of the extract of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) on the activities of extracellular signal regulated kinase (ERK) in human gastric epithelial cell line BGC 823 and rat gastric epithelial cell line RGM1. Methods: Western blotting was applied to detect the existence and activity of ERK. Results: On all observing time points, the protein content of ERK was not different in BGC 823 and RGM1 cells. With the absence of serum, Hp extract increased the activity of ERK continuously in BGC 823 cells whereas it had nearly no effect on ERK activity in RGM1 cells. With the presence of serum, Hp extract increased the activity of ERK in a sustained way in BGC 823 cells whereas it caused a transient increase of ERK activity in RGM1 cells. Conclusion: The effects of Hp extract on ERK activities in BGC 823 and RGM1 cells were different.
