骨钙与骨皮质指数评价钙吸收利用实验比较

摘　　要：采用大鼠造型缺钙模型 ,经给予补钙食品后 ,检测骨钙、骨皮质指数等指标的改变 ,且进行比较分析 ,结果发现骨钙和骨皮质指数与钙的摄入水平及吸收利用有着密切关系 ,证明二者呈高度正相关 (γ=0 .876～ 0 .92 8之间 ,P<0 .0 1)。为钙对骨骼生长、发育及骨折愈合的影响 ,评价吸收利用效果 ,指导补钙治疗 ,提供较为客观的指标。A calciprivic model of rat was established. The rats were supplemented with calcium containing food. The changes in bone calcium (BC) and bone mass index (BMI) were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the BC and BMI were closely related with the level of dietary calcium intake and calcium absorpiton, indicating a high positive linear regression between the BC and BMI (γ=0 876 to 0 928, P <0 01). BC and BMI might be used as objective indexes to study the effect of calcium on bone grouwth, development and fracture healing, evaluate the effects of calcium absorption and guide the dietary calcium intake.
