摘　　要：目的调查北京地区护士生活质量,了解护士生活质量现状,为改善护士生活状况提供依据。方法采用中文版SF-36生活质量问卷调查表(Medical Outcomes Study,Short Form 36,SF-36),于2011年5月至2011年9月对北京地区12家医院,共365名临床一线在职护士进行调查,并与北京地区两家体检机构所收集的无慢性疾病的普通健康人共184例作对照分析,用SPSS 18.0系统软件进行统计处理。结果与健康组相比,护士组在PF(身体功能)方面高于健康组(P<0.05),而在RP(生理职能)、BP(躯体疼痛)、SF(社会功能)、RE(情感职能)、MH(精神健康)五个个方面明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理人员应该充分调动工作积极性,发挥优质护理优势,体现高水平护理的应用价值,提高自身成就感,为提高自身生活质量水平做出最大努力。Objective This paper investigated life quality current situation of nurses in Beijing area in order to provide basis for improving their life situation. Methods It applied Chinese edition of Medical Outcomes Study, SF - 36 to investigate 365 nurses in 12 hospitals in Beijing area from 2011 to September 2011, having comparison analysis with 184 cases of healthy persons without chronic illness from two physical examination organizations by using SPSS 18 .O system software. Results The score of PF in nurse group was higher than that in the healthy group （ P 〈 0.05）. While the scores ofRP, BP, SF, RE, and MH in nurse group were lower than those of in the healthy group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing staff should fully mobilize their work enthusiasm, exert high quality nursing advantage and reflect the high level of care application value with improving their own sense of achievement in order to make best effort to improve their life quality level.
