摘  要:临床教学是医学生培养的重要环节,是医学理论教学与临床实践教学的桥梁。临床教学的主要任务是把医学生基础阶段所学习的理论知识应用于临床实践,培养学生分析和解决临床问题的能力。根据骨科临床教学的特点,通过加强学生医患沟通能力建立良好的医患关系、及时正确采集病史、规范化骨科体格检查、病历书写能力、正确的选择影像学检查、准确地阅读影像学资料和临床思维能力等方面培训。提高学生综合素质和临床分析和解决问题的能力,达到提高骨科临床教学质量的目的 。Clinic Teaching is an important links for medical students training and the bridge of medical theoretical teaching and clinical practice teaching. The major task of clinical teaching is to put theoretical knowledge learned in the basic phase into the clinical practice for developing students' analysis and problem - solving abilities. According to the characteristic of orthopedics clinical teaching, this paper discusses the effective measures for improving the quality of clinic teaching from the following aspects: developing good communication skills, timely collection of medical history, standard medical examination of orthopaedics, the ability of medical records writing, correct choice of image examination and correct image materials reading and clinical thought and etc. To improve students' abilities comprehensive quality and clinical analysis and problem-solving achieves the goal of enhancing teaching quality of orthopaedics.
