摘　　要：科技人才是西部高新区快速、持续发展的重要支撑,西部高新区面临着科技人才匮乏、结构不合理、人才吸引力不足等困难,打破这种僵局必须积极推进科技人才共享。本文对西部高新区科技人才共享过程中存在的问题进行梳理,分析其深层次原因,并提出改进西部高新区科技人才共享效率的可行性对策建议。Scientific human resources are significant support to the rapid and sustainable development of western hi-tech zone. The western hi-tech zone is faced with various difficulties, including inappropriate structure, deficiency of scientific talents and its lack of attraction to talents. To break the deadlock with which the western hi-tech zone confronts, the sharing of scientific talents must be actively promoted. This paper will not only sort out the problems existing in the sharing process of scientific human resources and analyze deep causes for those problems, but also propose feasible strategies and advice to promote the efficiency of the sharing of scientific talents in the Western Hi-tech Zone.
