摘 要:目的建立小鼠深静脉血栓动物模型。方法采用下腔静脉结扎法制备动物模型,观察血管中血栓形成的病理变化并与假手术组比较。结果模型小鼠下腔静脉内形成稳定的血栓,且符合人体静脉血栓形成的病理特性。病理观察显示模型组静脉可见血栓并充满管腔,且与管壁无粘连,而假手术组静脉中无血栓形成。结论成功建立了小鼠深静脉血栓模型。Objective To establish the model of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in mice.Methods C57BL/6J mice(n=15) were randomly divided into the inferior vena cava ligation model group(n=10) and sham group(n=5).Inferior vena cava in mice was ligated for 48 h,and the vascular intima and thrombosis pathology were observed in the sham and DVT groups,respectively.Results Thrombosis of the inferior vena cava ligation was consistent with the pathological features of human vein thrombosis.The pathological examination showed that the vein thrombosis was full of the lumen,and no adhesion with the vascular wall.In contrast,there was no vein thrombosis in the sham control group.Conclusion The method of deep vein thrombosis in mice has been successfully established.
