盐酸利多卡因口腔黏附片的处方研究

摘　　要：目的:研制盐酸利多卡因口腔黏附片。方法:采用不同配比的糊精和卡波姆制备盐酸利多卡因口腔黏附片,考察其体外膨胀率、黏附力、释药性能和口腔滞留时间。结果:以糊精和卡波姆23∶16为比例制得的口腔黏附片较符合要求,能粘住4号钢球,1 h达到最大膨胀率,体外释药2 h释放度为97%,在人口腔中约能滞留2 h。结论:盐酸利多卡因口腔黏附片处方是可行的。Objective: To prepare the lidocaine hydrochloride buccal adhesive tablets.Method: The buccal adhesive tablets were prepared using different proportions of dextrin,carbomer and CMC-Na.The expansion coefficients,adhesive ability,drug release in vitro and adhesive time in oral cavity were investigated.Result: The formula with dextrin and carbomer in the proportion of 23∶ 16 was optimal.The tablets prepared by the optimal formula could stick the No.4 steel ball,reached the maximum expansion coefficient in 1h,97% drug was released in 2 h,and the adhesive time in oral cavity was about 2 h.Conclusion: The formula of lidocaine hydrochloride buccal adhesive tablets is feasible.
