摘　　要：棉花球运动具有很强的观赏性。这一运动对人们心理健康有非常积极的促进作用。可提高运动员观察力、促进人的智力和个性心理的发展,可促进运动员集体意识的提高。Cottonball is a very enjoyable sport game. It has positive function in building up psychological health. It will improve the players＇ observation ability, and promote the health development of the player in intel- ligence and psychology, as well as the sense of collectivity.
