摘　　要：课题组通过分别对广东省企业、广东培正学院毕业生及在校生的问卷调查,采取集中发放、实地走访、电话访谈等方式,了解到广东省企业特别重视应用型人才的英语听、说技能,未来普遍对员工外语能力的要求会越来越高;参与培正英语强化教学项目的历届学生总体超过一半的比例满意强化教学效果,但认为在课程设置和考核、师资队伍、外籍教师资源的开发和利用、学生活动等方面需不断改进和完善。Based on questionnaires collected respectively from the enterprises in Guangdong province,the graduates and the undergraduates in Guangdong Peizheng College,data from on-the-spot interviews and tele-phone interviews,the project group realizes that enterprises in Guangdong province attaches great importance to applied English listening and speaking skills;the requirements from the employer in language competence will become higher in the future.More than half of the graduates and the undergraduates who received intensive training in Guangdong Peizheng College are satisfied with the benefits from the program.However,they think some aspects such as curriculum design,testing,teachers＇ development,managing and utilizing foreign teachers,and extra-curricular activities need improving.
