摘 要:以假酸浆为原料,采用浸渍提取方法,通过单因素与正交试验确定了假酸浆总黄酮提取的最佳条件,并筛选了不同树脂对总黄酮的吸附和解吸附特性.实验结果表明:提取最佳条件为:温度60℃,提取时间2.0 h,乙醇体积分数50%,固液比1∶15(g∶mL,下同);总黄酮得率3.585%.影响得率的因素为:乙醇体积分数>提取时间>提取温度>料液比.DM130树脂对总黄酮纯化具有较好效果,体积分数为70%的乙醇是较好的洗脱剂.Flavonoids from Nicandia physaloides are extracted by methods of water bath extractions.The optimum extraction conditions are obtained by single factor and orthogonal tests.Different kinds of macro-reticular resins are tested for purification.The results show that the yield of flavonoids is 3.585% by water bath extraction under the conditions of 50% ethanol,60℃,1:[KG-*2/3]15 solid-liquid ratio and 2.0 h.Order of the factors which affected water bath extraction are concentration of ethanol solution,extraction time,extraction temperature and ratio of soild to liquid.It is found that DM130 macro-reticular resin is superior for the purification of flavonoids,and 70% ethanol is a good eluant.
