摘　　要：企业财务战略管理在企业整个经营管理活动中处于举足轻重的地位，它能使企业保持长期、稳定、健康地发展。企业财务战略管理具有整体性、长远性、方向性、从属性和风险性等特点。其内容包括投资战略管理、融资战略管理和股利分配战略管理。企业财务战略管理，就是财务战略制定、实施和评价的过程。The financial strategy management of modern enterprises is very important in the whole management, because it can make the enterprise develop stably and healthily. The financial strategy management has many features, for example, entirety, long - termnatrue, directionwnality, subordinate character and risk. It includes investment, financing and dividend - distributing strategy management. It is 4 process with instituting, actualizing and appraising financial strategy management.
