摘　　要：非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，一半以上的NSCLC患者初诊时属ⅢB或Ⅳ期，延长患者的复发时间和生存时间是关键，在维持治疗方面有很多研究。文章对NSCLC维持治疗的研究进展进行综述。Non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） is one of the most common malignant tumors, and more than half of newly diagnosed patients with NSCLC are stageⅢB or Ⅳ. Maintenance treatment has been intensively investigated in the field in order to improve time to recurrence and survival time. This paper reviewed recent advances in the maintenance treatment for NSCLC.
