摘  要:教师是高等院校发展中最具能动性和内发力的主体,其素质结构中的关键要素是学术能力。教师学术能力提升的推动力是学者的学术志趣、高校的学术制度和学术圈的学术生态等多种活力要素共同作用的结果。厘清影响教师学术能力提升的活力要素,构建良性的激励机制运行模式,对于提升教师的学术能力具有十分重要的意义。Teachers are the most initiative and most energetic subject in the development of higher learning institutions.Academic ability is the key factor in the teacher's qualifications.The teacher's motivation for promoting his academic ability comes not only from his academic interest but also from the interaction of diverse active factors,such as the academic regulations and ecology in the academic circle.Thus it is of great significance to promote the teacher's academic ability by elaborating the active factors affecting his academic ability and developing an operative mode of encouraging mechanism.
