131Ⅰ-chTNT单克隆抗体瘤内注射治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察131Ⅰ-chTNT瘤体内注射治疗常规治疗失败的非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒性。方法选择常规治疗失败的14例非小细胞肺癌患者，采用瘤体内注射131Ⅰ-chTNT注射液，每人两次，每次0．7mCi／kg瘤体内直接注射。结果有效率为21．4％，仅2例发生气胸，骨髓抑制可以接受。结论131Ⅰ-chTNT瘤体注射疗效高，毒副反应轻，值得进一步的研究。Objective To observe the effectiveness and the side effect of 131Ⅰ-chTNT in intratumor targeting therapy of non-small cell lung cancer.Method 14 lung cancer patients were treated with 131Ⅰ-chTNT by intrammor after failure by routine treatment.Each patient received 0.7mCi/kg intratumor injection of 131Ⅰ-chTNT for two times.Result The response rate was 21.4%.Traumatic pneumothorax occurred in two patients.Bone marrow depression was acceptable.Conclusion Targeting therapy of non-small cell lung cancer by intratumor with 131Ⅰ-chTMT is highly effective,safe and warrants further study.
