摘　　要：目的探讨固定矫治技术治疗骨性前牙开合畸形的疗效。方法对10例骨性前牙开合病例，采用传统直丝弓滑动法与MEAW技术相结合，同时佩戴高位头帽进行治疗，分析其治疗开合畸形机制并对治疗前后的头颅侧位片进行比较。结果所有病例治疗结束后均取得了满意的效果，测量结果显示出上下颌切牙内收，磨牙直立，同时控制了垂直方向生长。结论灵活运用固定矫治技术治疗骨性开合可以取得满意的疗效。Objective To investigate the effects by using fixed appliance in treatment of skeletal anterior open bite cases.Methods Ten patients with skeletal anterior open bite were treated by straight-wire technique combining with MEAW technique,meanwhile with high-pull chincup,and compared with assessment carried out on lateral Cephalometric films taken at the beginning of treatment and after open bite closure was obtained.Result All patients got successful outcome,which achieved mainly by retraction of the upper and lower incisiors,the upright of lower molars and the control of the vertical growth.Conclusion The successful treatment outcome and stability of the final occlusion indicates that fixed appliance is one of the effective methods in the treatment of skeletal anterior open bite.
