胃癌中TROP2的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的研究肿瘤相关钙信号传导蛋白2（TROP2）在胃癌组织中的表达，探讨TROP2在胃癌发生、发展所起的作用。方法应用半定量RT-PCR法和免疫组织化学法分别检测胃癌组织中的TROP2 mRNA及TROP2蛋白的表达。结果胃癌组织中的TROP2水平明显高于正常胃组织（P〈0．05）。结论TROP2在胃癌组织中呈高表达，可能与胃癌的发生、发展有关。Objective To study the expression of trophoblast cell surface antigens 2（TROP2） in the tissues of gastric cancer, and explore the role of TROP2 in the tumorigenesis and progression of human gastric cancer. Method The expression of TROP2 mRNA and TROP2 protein were detected in tissue of gastric cancer by using semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） and immunohistochemistry respectively.Results The expression level of TROP2 in the tissues of gastric cancer was higher than those in normal gastric tissue（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The expression of TROP2 in tissue of gastric cancer was high,and TROP2 may be involved in the tumorigenesis and progression of gastric cancer.
