中西医结合治疗帕金森病合并抑郁状态的疗效观察(附15例病例分析)

摘　　要：目的:评估中西医结合治疗帕金森病合并抑郁状态的有效性及安全性。方法:选取15例帕金森合并抑郁状态的病人,随机分为中西医结合治疗组10例,西医常规治疗组5例,分别给予中西医结合治疗与西医常规抗抑郁治疗,治疗前及治疗10周以后分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评分。结果:两组患者治疗前抑郁程度无显著性差异,治疗10周后与治疗前相比两组均有显著性差异,并且两组疗效也有显著性差异。结论:中西医结合治疗帕金森合并抑郁状态是有效的,并且疗效优于常规西医治疗方式。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of integrative medicine treatment of Parkinson’s disease combined with depression.Methods：All 15 patients with Parkinson’s disease combined with depression are divided into two groups stochastically,10 in integrative medicine treatment group and 5 in routine Western treatment group.Before treatment as well as after 10 weeks treatment,we used the Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） to score all the patients.Results：Before treatment,there is no significance difference between the HAMD scores in integrative medicine treatment group and routine Western treatment group.After 10 weeks treatment both the HAMD scores in both groups had a significant change,and the difference between them arose.Conclusion：The integrative medicine treatment of Parkinson’s disease combined with depression is effective,and it’s superior to conventional Western medicine treatment according to our clinical practice.
