摘　　要：目的:探讨男性海洛因依赖患者依赖时间与性激素水平变化。方法:对我院美沙酮门诊119名男性海洛因依赖患者按海洛因依赖时间程度分为3组,分别为:A组:依赖时间5年以下;B组:依赖时间5～10年;C组:依赖时间10年以上;同时选择45名健康体检者作为对照组。各组同时进行性激素5项测定和分析。结果:A组促软泡刺激素(FSH)、催乳素(PRL)和睾酮(T)均显著低于对照组(Z=3.761,P<0.01;Z=3.767,P<0.01;Z=3.045,P<0.01),黄体生成素(LH)和雌二醇(E2)与对照组无统计学意义;B组C组FSH、PRL和T显著低于对照组,E2显著高于对照组(Z=2.778,P<0.01),LH与对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组血清E2与B组相比有所下降。结论:海洛因依赖可引起机体下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能紊乱,且依赖时间长短会引起不同的性激素分泌变化。Objective：To explore male heroin-dependent patients dependent on time and changes in sex hormone levels.Methods：Methadone patients with outpatient 119 male heroin addicts heroin addicts were divided into 3 groups： Group A： dependent time less than five years;Group B： 5 to 10 years of time-dependent;Group C： dependence of our hospital 10 yearsabove;45 healthy subjects as a control group.Each group simultaneously 5 Measurement and analysis of sex hormones.Results：Group A promoting the soft foamstimulating hormone（FSH）,prolactin（PRL） and testosterone（T） were significantly lower than the control group（Z=3.761,P0.01;Z = 3.767,P0.01;Z=3.045,P0.01）,luteinizing hormone（LH） and estradiol（E2） and the control group was not statistically significant;Group B and Group C FSH,PRL,and T was significantly lower than the control group,E2 significantly higher than that of the control group（Z=2.778,P0.01）,LH with the control group showed no statistically significant（P0.05）;Group C serum E2 compared with Group B declined.Conclusion：Heroin dependence can cause the body hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis dysfunction,and depend on the length of time will cause different changes in sex hormone secretion.
