摘　　要：情商教育是高职教育的重要内容之一,在教学过程中实施情商教育将直接影响人才的质量。分析目前高职大学生的情商现状和啦啦队运动在高职院校开展现状,以热情奔放、魅力四射的啦啦队运动为载体,培养和完善高职大学生情商。从体育课堂教学,开展课外体育活动,建立人才梯队的培养模式以及把啦啦队运动从校内辐射到校外,参加各种形式的啦啦队比赛等途径培养高职大学生的情商。Emotional education is an important content of school education,and one of the teaching process in the implementation of EQ education will directly affect the quality of talent and the future.The article has analyzed the present higher vocational college students＇ characteristics,emotional status and cheerleading TrainingHigher Vocational Students＇ EQ on the significance,with enthusiasm is bold and unrestrained,glamorous cheerleading movement as the carrier,to cultivate and improve higher vocational college students.From classroom teaching,extracurricular sports activities,establishing the talent training mode and the cheerleading school radiation to the outside from the ways of Training Higher Vocational College Students＇ EQ
