摘 要:目的了解广东省鼠疫静息期动物中分离出的假结核、小肠结肠炎、中间型耶尔森氏菌与鼠疫菌EV株的相关性,探讨及佐证广东省鼠疫监测中IHA、RIHA的特异性。方法用3种死菌加佐剂注射家兔获得抗血清,做IHA;3种活菌及制备抗原作RIHA及IHA抑制。结果 IHA仅能检出鼠疫菌抗体而不能被另3种耶尔森氏菌抗原抑制,RIHA仅能检出鼠疫菌和F1抗原,3种耶尔森氏菌和抗原全部阴性。结论广东省3种耶尔森氏菌在鼠疫IHA和RIHA试验中与鼠疫菌EV株没有相关性,进一步佐证在监测中IHA、RIHA的阳性是特异的。Objective To investigate correlation between EV strain of Yersinia pestis and Y.pseudotubercolosis,Y.enterocolitica,Y.intermedia which were isolated in animals in plague static phase in Guangdong,and to explore and verify specificity of IHA and RIHA in plague survey in Guangdong.Methods Anti-sera acquired by injecting rabbits with three types of Yersinia and adjuvant was used in IHA.Three types of Yersinia and their antigen were taken in IHA and RIHA inhibited test.Results IHA could only detect for Yersinia pestis antibody but couldn't be inhibited by antigen to other three types of Yersinia.RIHA could only detect for Yersinia pestis and F1 antigen,while other three types of Yersinia and their antigen were all negative.Conclusions There is no correlation between EV strain of Yersinia pestis and the three types of Yersinia in Guangdong in IHA and RIHA.It indicates that positive results of IHA and RIHA in plague survey are specific.
