摘　　要：本文通过对创建研究型医院的认识着手,围绕深化医院管理创新、加快研究型医院建设和对研究型医院发展模式的内涵解读,探讨新形势下军区总医院建设研究型医院的方法与路径,并提出对研究型医院建设的几点思考。The article was aimed at promoting the construction of research-oriented hospital.The author mainly introduced the management innovation,the connotation of development model of research-oriented hospital.Additionnally,the constructing method and the pathway of research-oriented hospital for military general hospital were discussed,and some suggestions were put forward.
