秦皇岛市经济与环境协调发展度评价

摘　　要：秦皇岛市是河北沿海地区重要的经济增长区域.以2002—2010年秦皇岛市相关统计数据为依据,运用协调发展度理论,通过指标体系的构建、指标权重的确定及评价模型的建立,对秦皇岛市经济与环境协调发展状况进行定量评价.结果表明:秦皇岛市经济与环境的协调发展度为0.43～0.68,处于过渡协调区.提出充分发挥秦皇岛比较优势,优化产业结构,转变经济发展方式,加大环境保护工作力度等建议.Qinhuangdao is the most important economic growth area in the Hebei coastal areas.Based on the coordinated development degree theory,according to relevant statistical data from 2002to 2010in Qinhuangdao,an index system,model and standard of evaluation on coordinative development between environment and economy are established.The result shows that the coordinative development degree is in the range of 0.43～0.68,is in the transition zone.Suggestions are given that Qinhuangdao′s comparative advantage should be developed,its industrial structure should be perfected,the way of economic development should be transfered and enviromental protection should be strengthened.
