硅产业发展现状分析

摘　　要：近年来光伏产业的迅猛崛起,推动了硅产业的加速发展,硅产品经历了从供不应求到产能过剩的巨变。本文以工业硅、有机硅、多晶硅和单晶硅四种典型硅产品的生产、市场供需、企业运营状况等方面详细分析了国内外硅产业发展现状,对比分析了发达国家和中国硅产业的特点,论述了我国硅产业发展中存在的问题。With rapid development of photovoltaie industry, silicon industry has developed inereasely in the past few years and silicon products have had great changes from short supply to overeapaeity. This article illustrated the development status of silicon industry at home and abroad with the manufacture, market demand and supply, status of bussiness operations of the four tipieal kinds of silicon products such as silicon, silicon organo, polysilieon monoerystal silicon, analyzed the characteristics of silicon industry in China and developed countries, and discussed the problems of Chinese silicon industry in develop- ment.
