摘　　要：大学生思想政治教育的成功与否,不但关系到人才的成长,有中国特色社会主义建设事业成败,而且关系到民族的存亡,国家的强盛,社会的进步。校园文化是由学生根据自己的兴趣、爱好自发组织起来的,在学校有关部门管理和引导下的群体性文化。它为学校营造了特有的文化气氛,弥补了课堂教学的不足。加强校园文化建设,营造良好的育人环境,是促进大学生早日成才的重要途径。Success of the ideological and political education, not only related to the growth of talent, the success of the cause of building of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also related to the survival of the nation, the prosperity of the country, social progress campus culture by the students according to their interests, hobbies spontaneously organize themselves in the culture of the school departments to manage and guide groups. It is for the school to create a unique cultural atmosphere, to make up for the lack of classroom instruction. Strengthen the construction of campus culture, to create a good educational environment, is an important way to promote the college students an early talent.
