摘　　要：研究生党建工作是高校学生党建工作的重要组成部分,是开展研究生思想政治教育的重要阵地。针对新形势下研究生党建工作的特点,分析当前研究生党建工作面临的新情况新问题,拓展研究生党建工作的思路,创新研究生党建工作的载体,增强研究生党建工作的实效性。Graduate work of party building is an important part of the College Students＇ Party, is important to carry out ideological and political education of graduate positions. According to the characteristics of graduate work of party building under the new situation, the analysis of the current graduate work of party building facing new situations and problems, and to expand the work of party building of the graduate ideas, innovative graduate work of party building carrier, to enhance the effectiveness of the graduate work of party building.
