摘　　要：随着近年来高校的扩招,大学教育从精英教育逐步转化为大众教育,大学生来源更加广泛,社会心态也日益复杂化,"软对抗"事件在班主任管理过程中时有发生。本文从"软对抗"的表现形式入手,详细分析了"软对抗"现象产生的原因,提出了班主任要塑造自身形象、加大情感投入、开展心理疏导、注重因人施教四方面的对策。With college enrollment in recent years, university education from the elite education gradually transformed into public education, college students a broader source of social mentality are becoming increasingly sophisticated, the ＂soft confrontation＂ event occurred when the class teacher management process. This article from the ＂soft confrontation＂ manifestations, a detailed analysis of the reasons for the phenomenon of ＂soft confrontation＂, the class teacher to shape their own image, increase emotional engagement, to carry out psychological counseling, focusing on individualized education four countermeasures.
