摘　　要：学生思想政治辅导员,始终处于学生思想政治教育工作的第一线,应充分发挥其在学生管理工作中的优势,做好学生思想政治教育工作的直接承担者,学生学习生活的直接管理者和教育者。本文总结了入职辅导员岗位后的工作探索,以及针对辅导员岗位性质采取的一些措施,以进一步完善辅导员工作方案,推进学生管理工作稳定、持续发展。Students＇ ideological and political counselor, always in the first line of the students＇ ideological and political education work, should give full play to its advantages in student management, become students ideological and political education work directly bear、the students learn life direct managers of and educators. This paper summarizes the work exploring entry counselor positions, as well as some of the measures taken for the counselor job nature, in order to further improve the counselors work program, to promote the work of student management stability, and sustainable development.
