摘　　要：高职就业指导工作必须结合人才培养目标和人才培养模式,文章分析了影响就业指导工作的主要问题,从而找出完善高职就业指导工作的方法和途径,以促进高职就业指导工作取得实效。Vocational employment guidance work must be combined with the personnel training objectives and training model to analyze the main problems affecting the employment guidance to identify ways and means to improve the vocational career guidance work, promote vocational employment guidance to achieve tangible results.
