摘　　要：随着互联网的蓬勃发展和电子商务的迅速扩展,网络创业已经不再陌生,也不再是少数人才能实现梦想的方式。2012年全国普通高校毕业生预计680万人,创历史新高。严峻的就业形势迫使整个社会都在思索和寻找新的就业,大学生网络创业就是在这样的社会环境下产生并一点点走向成熟的。随之也会有一些不和谐的音符伴随在大学生网络创业的过程中,在坚持创业的这条道路上要想取得最终的成功,必须以诚信为创业的基础,并始终坚持不变。With the Internet boom and the rapid expansion of e-commerce, internet businesses are no longer strangers, also no longer a small number of people to realize their dreams. In 2012, the number of college graduates nationwide is expected to 6.8 million, a new record. Severe employment situation forced the whole society in thinking about and looking for new ways of employment, college students＇ network business is generated in such a social environment and a little bit mature. Followed, there will be some discordant notes accompanying the process of entrepreneurship in the college students＇ network, in order to achieve the ultimate success on the entrepreneurial path, must be in good faith as the basis of entrepreneurship, and never change.
