六神丸在下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后面颊部六神丸局敷对术后并发症的影响,评价六神丸在该手术中的作用。方法随机选择有双侧基本对称水平阻生第三磨牙男性患者40例,一侧阻生牙拔除术后颊面部六神丸局部外敷(试验组),另一侧术后无药物局部外敷(对照组)。比较2组术后疼痛、肿胀、开口受限程度。数据采用SPSS 11.5软件包对数据进行配对t检验。结果试验组术后24、72 h疼痛、肿胀度比对照组轻,有统计学差异(P<0.05);试验组与对照组术后120 h疼痛、肿胀度无统计学差异(P>0.05);试验组与对照组在术后张口受限程度方面差别无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后六神丸颊面部局部外敷能有效减轻术后并发症。Objective To observe the influence of external application of Liushen pills on the postoperative complications after extrac- tion of impacted mandibular third molar,and to evaluate the effect of Liushen pills on the surgery. Methods Fourty healthy male patients with bilateral, symmetrically horizontal impacted mandibular third molars were included in this randomized study. The patients were treated with external application of Liushen pills on one side （ test group） and without external application of Liushen pillson on the other side （control group） after the surgery. Postoperative pain, facial swelling, and mouth opening limitation were compared, and t test was done u- sing SPSS 11.5 software package. Results The data showed that pain and facial swelling 24 hours and 72 hours after surgery had statisti- cal differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the test group was apparently milder than the control group. Pain and facial swell- ing 120 hours after surgery had no statistical differences between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. There was no statistical difference in postop- erative mouth opening limitation between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions External application of Liushen pills postoperatively can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in the extraction of impacted mandibular third molars.
