摘　　要：2012年6月8日,历史文化名城镇江隆重举行赛珍珠诞辰120周年纪念活动暨赛珍珠国际学术研讨会,纪念这位中国人民的朋友。在这次研讨会上,大量赛珍珠研究的新方法、新思路以及新生力量呈现出来,研究思路较以前有很大拓宽,不仅仅局限在传统的文学研究领域,研究重点从对赛珍珠作品的研究转向多个方面。An impressive ceremony as well as an international symposium were held to commemorate Pearl S. Buck＇s 120th anniversary in the historical and cultural city of Zhenjiang on June 8th, 2012. In the symposium, plenty of new methods, new ways and fresh blood sprang up, with the ken broadened as the re- searches were no longer confined to the traditional literature field, and the focuses were shifting from her litera ry works to many other aspects.
