摘 要:以对乙烯基苄基氯和N,N-二甲基十四烷基叔胺(14DMA)为原料,合成了含有乙烯基的低毒高效的新型抗菌剂N,N-二甲基十四烷基对乙烯基苄基氯化铵。通过单因素实验确定优化的合成条件为:反应温度40~60℃、对乙烯基苄基氯与14DMA摩尔比1∶1.2、反应时间3h、20mL石油醚作溶剂、0.01g铜作催化剂,在此条件下产物收率达82.57%。产物的结构通过IR、1 HNMR确证。采用抑菌圈法研究了产物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌活性,结果表明其抑菌效果良好。N,N-Dimethyl tetradecanyl p-vinylbenzyl ammonium chloride, a novel low toxic and high effi- cient antimicrobial agent with vinyl group in its structure, was synthesized with p-vinylbenzyl chloride and N, N-dimethyltetradecylamine as raw materials. The optimum synthetic conditions were obtained through single factor experiment as follows:reaction temperature was 40-60 ℃ ,molar ratio of p-vinylbenzyl chlorlde to N, N-dimethyltetradecylamine was 1 : 1.2,reaction time was 3 h,20 mL of petroleum ether as solvent,0.01 g of Cu as catalyst. The yield of product reached 82.57%. The product structure was confirmed by IR,1HNMR. Its antimicrobial activities were tested for Staphylococcus aureus ,Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli by the inhi- bition zone method. The results showed that the target compound had good antimicrobial effect.
