摘　　要：医患信任是和谐医患关系的关键因素之一。长期以来我国的医患之间由于社会整体信任水平下降、医疗卫生体制和政策的缺陷、医患沟通不畅和医学职业道德水平下降,以及患者的不适当期待和违反自身义务等原因的影响而出现了比较严重的信任缺失。因此,需要根据导致医患信任问题的各种原因采取针对性的措施,以重建我国的医患信任。The physicians and patients have confidence in each other is one of the key influential factors for a good physician-patient relationship.However,there have been serious confidence problems in Chinese hospitals for a long time,the reasons can be listed as follows： a confidence lack in whole society,unfair healthcare policy and system,a poor communication between physicians and patients,corruption of medicine professional morality,patient＇s incorrect ideas and the behavior of breaking duty.We should do our best to deal with these problems,and to reconstruct a good physician-patient confidence in the end.
