摘 要:高师本科院校汉语言文学教育专业应用型人才具有人格高尚、文化底蕴深厚、技能高超、实践能力强等内涵与特征。目前该专业人才培养中存在办学定位不准确、课程结构不合理、评价体系不完善等主要问题。新的改革要求高师本科院校汉语言文学教育专业培养的人才应具有较强的文学鉴赏、语言表达、阅读、写作、教学实践等能力。因此,应该采取建立科学的课程体系、建设双师型的教师队伍、构建科学的评价体系、强化实践环节等有效路径,着力加强高师本科院校汉语言文学教育专业应用型人才的培养,从而达到为基础教育阶段输送高素质优秀语文教师的目的。The applied talents majoring in Chinese language and literature education are expected to be with noble character, rich knowledge on Chinese language and literature, skillful technique and strong practice abilities. None- theless,while fostering these talents, universities do have some issues such as inaccurate orientation of teaching,irra- tional course structure and imperfect evaluation system and so on. The new reform requires these talents to have an admirable appreciation of literature and a strong ability of expression, reading, writing, and teaching. Thus, we should lay our efforts on constructing a scientific curriculum system and a teaching staff with both and vocational qualifications. In the meanwhile, we should perfect the scientific evaluation practice links. These are effective methods to put emphasis on fostering the applied talents literature education in normal university, and achieve the goal of cultivating the talented guage for the basic education stage.
