紫菜多糖与天青I异染作用的研究

摘　　要：研究了紫菜多糖与天青 I的异染作用 ,发现紫菜多糖具有酸性粘多糖的典型特点 ,能与天青 I发生异染作用。与肝素比较 ,紫菜多糖与天青 I所生成的异染化合物吸收峰的波长较长 ,在 530 nm处 。The metachromasia of polysaccharide from Porphyra tenear Kjellm with azure I has been studied in this paper.It is discovered that the polysaccharide can produce metachromasia with azure I,that is the typical property of acidic mucopolysaccharide.Compared with heparin,the wave-lenght of the light absorbed by the metachromatic compound of the polysaccharide and azure I is longer,is 530 nm,and the stability of the metachromatic compound is less.
