摘　　要："卓越工程师教育培养计划"是国家培养高素质科技工程人才的重大举措。文章阐述了"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的基本内涵,分析了目前我国高校工科专业人才培养模式的现状及其问题,提出了切实有效推行高校卓越工程师教育培养计划的改革措施和策略。＂Plans for educating and training outstanding engineers＂ are significant measures to cultivate high-quality technology engineering talents. The meaning of ＂Plans for educating and training outstanding engineers＂ was expounded, the current situation and problems of talents training mode in engineering specialty in China were analyzed, and effective measures and strategies to carry out the plans for educating and training outstanding engineers in universities were put forward as well.
