摘　　要：在知识经济时代,知识管理已成为各个行业的一种新的管理思想与管理方式。在图书馆领域,知识管理也是一种先进的图书馆管理理念,是先进的图书馆管理方法。文章论述了在图书馆管理过程中实现知识管理的特征、内容和采取的措施,认为只有通过知识管理,图书馆事业才能更好地可持续发展。In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management has become a new management idea and management mode in each industry. In the library field, knowledge management is also a kind of advanced management concept and management methods. In this paper, the characteristics, content and adopted measures which realized knowledge management were discussed in the library management, the results shown that only through the knowledge management will the library undertaking be better sustainable development.
