摘 要:某商住楼小区基坑位于市政道路交叉路口附近,紧邻已建高层建筑,周边环境、地质条件复杂,基坑开挖深度为8.2m,属于深基坑。根据场地周边不同的环境条件,分析采用多种支护型式对基坑进行支护设计的思路,通过合理安排支护施工及土方开挖的工序,结合基坑监测进行信息化施工,在复杂的施工环境下保证了基坑、周围建筑群及地下市政管线的安全。体现了安全可靠、经济合理、施工便捷的设计理念,为类似工程提供参考。There is a residence community foundation pit, which located in the municipal road. It is close to high- rise buildings and near the intersection. The surrounding environment and geological conditions are complex .The excavation depth is 8.2 m,and it belongs to the deep foundation excavation. According to the different environmental conditions of the site perimeter, this paper analyzed different outcomes under a variety of support type of foundation pit supporting design. For ensure the safety of foundation pit, under a complicated surrounding buildings and underground municipal pipeline construction environment. The authors arrange a reasonable process and use informational technology during working. This study shows out a safe and reliable, economic and reasonable design concept and provide a reference for other similar projects.
