现代远程教育发展及电子学习简论

摘　　要：远程教育是集教育学、教学系统设计、通信技术、终端设备研究于一体,将学生与教师、学生与学习小组分开,但仍然保持教育过程完整性的远程教学学习模式。计算机技术和互联网的发展给远程教育带来了变革和创新,使得远程教育的形式多样化,目前最普遍的远程教育形式是电子学习。对远程教育的发展历史,使用技术情况及不同模式进行了研究和论述,对目前最新的远程教育形式电子学习进行了讨论。Distance education combines pedagogy, teaching system designs, communication technology and terminal equipment as one, which delivers a teaching-learning model to students who are not physically ＂on site＂ in a traditional classroom or campus. The developed computer technology and the increasing frequency use of internet have made new opportunities and innovations for distance education possible. This paper studies the history, technologies and different models of distance education, and then introduces and discusses the E-learning, the new form of distance education.
