摘  要:汽车整车质量控制是在整车开发过程中对整车轻量化的一种统筹控制方法。要求在不降低整车综合性能指标的前提下,尽可能的降低汽车产品自身质量,优化整车设计,设计出节能、环保及安全的汽车。文章重点介绍了整车开发过程中的质量控制流程以及相关的轻量化措施,如新材料的应用、模块化设计、结构优化设计、制造工艺优化及即插即用等。The control of vehicle weight is a general control method of vehicle lightweight during the vehicle development.It is required that self-weight of a vehicle product should be reduced as much as possible to optimize the vehicle design so that an energy-saving,environment-friendly and safe vehicle can be designed where overall vehicle performance parameters are not reduced.Weight control process and relevant lightweight measures such as the application of new materials,modular design,structure optimisation,the optimisation of manufacture process and so on during the vehicle development are particularly introduced in the paper.
