摘 要:为达到缩短汽车座椅开发周期,降低研发成本的目的,文章依据欧盟法规ECER17并采用有限元分析方法对座椅行李箱冲击试验进行了仿真分析。表明初始模型后排座椅严重变形。将座椅进行优化,在原座椅基础上新增加强板及加强管,并对座椅骨架材料及与车身连接件进行修改,最终优化方案通过了试验验证,符合法规要求。说明仿真分析可有效模拟行李箱冲击试验,验证了有限元分析在座椅设计开发中的重要作用。In urder to shorten development cycle of automobile seat and cut R&D cost, the paper adopts infinite element analysis to conduct simt.lation of luggage impact test on automobile seats based on ECE R I7. The seat deforomtiou on the original model is severe. The paper has optimized the seat, adding new reinforcement panel and tubes on lhe original seats and also modifying the malerial of seal frame and body joints. The final optimization plan meets the requirements of regulation and passes test verification. The rcsuhs show that simulation analysis can simulate luggage impact test effectively, and the importance role played by infinite element analysis has been tested in the development.
