摘　　要：通过中外比较的途径入手,借鉴国内外学者专家的研究成果,理清中外志愿者文化的价值观差异。对国内大学生志愿服务发展现状的分析,提出当代学生志愿服务的引导机制,以便更好地推动志愿服务工作的持续发展。Through the foreign comparative ways to start,to learn from the research of scholars and experts at home and abroad,to sort out the the foreign volunteers cultural values differences.Domestic college students volunteer service development status of the the contemporary student volunteer service guide mechanism,in order to better promote the continued development of volunteer work.
