摘 要:我国是世界上自然灾害最严重的少数几个国家之一,电网遭受自然灾害的风险是客观存在的,因此构建一套完善的电网自然灾害预警系统具有迫切性和必要性。本文针对我国电网自然灾害预警系统,在分析了风灾、洪涝、雷害、火烧山、污闪、地质灾害和覆冰七类自然灾害对电网造成的主要影响的基础上,主要从系统建设的目标与功能、预警指标体系、系统结构、信息资源的整合、预警事故集的生成五个方面进行了电网自然灾害预警系统的构思和设计,最后对预警工作的流程进行了分析。该研究对提高电力企业对自然灾害的应急响应和抗风险能力具有重要意义。China is one of the few countries with the most serious natural disasters in the world,and the power grids have often suffered natural disasters, so it is urgent and necessary to build the natural disaster early warning system for the power grids. On the basis of the major impacts of storm, flood, lightning damage,forest fire,pollution flashover, geological disaster and icing on power grids, this paper conceives and designs the natural disaster early warning system of power grids from five aspects.the objectives and functions of system construction, warning indicator system, system architecture, the integration of information resources,and the generation of early warning accidents. The paper also analyzes the flow chart of the warning system. The study is significant for the improvement of emergency response to natural disasters and of the ability to resist risks in the electric power enterprise.
