摘　　要：目的研究乳腺癌患者外周血淋巴细胞绝对数(ALC)以及癌组织内浸润性调节T细胞(T-reg)与乳腺癌临床病理学特征的关系。方法收集72例术后接受化疗的乳腺癌患者临床资料及ALC计数资料,CD25免疫组化标记检测癌组织中T-reg细胞的分布和数量,统计分析两者与乳腺癌临床病理学特征的关系。结果本组乳腺癌患者初诊时ALC数值范围为(0.60-2.70)×109/L,ALC水平与淋巴结转移(P=0.0095)和临床分期(P=0.0124)相关;乳腺癌间质浸润性T-reg细胞数在33.7±9.8至244.4±43.2个之间,T-reg高水平组淋巴结转移率为69.4%(25/36),明显高于T-reg低水平组33.3%(12/36);乳腺癌ALC与组织浸润性T-reg之间存在反平行关系,两者对乳腺癌的生物学行为的影响具有重要的协同作用。结论外周血ALC与癌组织内浸润性T-reg细胞均有可能作为预测乳腺癌转移的分子指标,进而有助于判断患者的预后。Objective To investigate the relationship between the peripheral blood absolute lymphocyte count（ALC） and tumor infiltrating T-reg cell count and the clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy after operation.Methods The clinical data and ALC of 72 breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy after operation were collected,the distribution and count of T-reg cells in tumor stroma were examined by CD25 immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between ALC and T-reg and the clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer patients were analyzed statistically.Results The ALC range was（0.60-2.70）×109/L and correlated with the lymph node metastasis（P=0.0095） and clinical stages（P=0.0124） in this breast cancer group.The T-reg range was between 33.7±9.8 and 244.4±43.2,and the lymph node metastasis rate was higher 69.4%（25/36） in T-reg high group than that in T-reg low group 33.3%（12/36）.There was a reversed parallel relationship between the ALC value and T-reg count in breast cancer,and both ALC and T-reg synergetically play an important effect on breast cancer characteristics.Conclusion The peripheral blood ALC and the infiltrating T-reg cells in tumor stroma are likely as prediction molecular markers for breast cancer metastasis,and will help to judge the prognosis of breast cancer patients.
