摘　　要：高校质量是高校教育质量保障体系的重要内容,也是高校质量管理的基础。合并高校本身存在不同的传统和价值观,如缺乏有效的文化整合机制,将会导致质量文化缺失,直接影响学校的办学质量。因此质量文化建设对合并高校具有特别意义。本文主要从精神(道德)文化、制度文化、行为文化和物质文化四个层面对合并高校质量文化建设进行了探讨。Quality culture of universities is an important content in the higher education quality assurance system and which is the basis of university quality management. Because merged universities have different traditions and values naturally, if they are lack of cultural integration mechanism, merged uni- versities will be lack of quality culture and quality of school will be effeeted. So the construction of quality culture has the special meaning for merged universities. This paper researched the quality culture of universities from the aspects including spiritual culture, system culture, action culture and material culture.
