摘  要:本文分析了高职校园文化与企业文化差异导致的后果,针对高职院校实际情况提出了"基于企业需求的项目化课程建设"、"校企文化互动的师资队伍建设"及"开展校企文化对接的文化活动"三位一体的高职校企业文化对接的模式,使企业文化渗透到校园教学、生活的各个环节,从而实现高职校园文化与企业文化的无缝化对接,取得良好效果。This paper analyzes the consequences of vocational campus culture and enterprise culture differences, the "construc- tion of projective curriculum based on enterprise requirement" , "construction of teaching staff based on school-enterprise cultur- al integration "and "carry out cultural activities of school"enter- prise cultural integration" trinity mode of school-enterprise cul- tural integration was proposed, the mode made the enterprise culture into each link of campus teaching and life, thus seamless docking of school-enterprise cultural was realized, and good re- sult was obtained.
