间皮素在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究间皮素(MSLN)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法收集56例手术切除的乳腺癌组织及其相应的癌旁组织标本,应用免疫组化法分别检测乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织中MSLN的表达情况。结果 56例乳腺癌组织的MSLN阳性表达率为42.9%(24/56),高于癌旁组织的10.7%(6/56),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MSLN的表达与乳腺癌患者的肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤大小及雌激素受体(ER)表达相关(P<0.05),肿瘤直径较大、中低分化及ER阴性者的MSLN阳性表达率高;MSLN的表达与年龄、有无淋巴结转移及人表皮生长因子受体(HER-2)表达情况均无关(P>0.05)。结论检测MSLN在乳腺癌组织中的表达有助于乳腺癌的诊断,并可作为判断其恶性程度的重要指标。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of mesothelin in breast cancer, and investigate the re- lationship between the expression and clinieal pathologieal characteristics. Methods The expression of mesothelin in 56 breast cancer samples and paired adjacent normal breast tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression of me- sothelin in 56 breast cancer tissues and adjacent normal breast tissues was 42. 9% （24/56） and 10. 7% （6/56） with statistical signifi- cance （P 〈 0. 05）. The expression of mesothelin was markedly correlated to the differentiation degree of breast careinoma, tumor size and expression of ER（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but had no relationship with the age, lymphatic metastasis and expression of HER-2 （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The detection of expression of mesothelin is helpful in the diagnosis of breast cancer, and it might be also regard as an important parameter for determining tumor malignant degree and prediction.
